Introduction

The general terms & conditions apply when you as a consumer (the “Customer”) place an order via www.zokoptics.com (the “Website”)

These Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) form a contract between the Customer and www.zokoptics.com,A Chinese company headquartered in1st Floor, Building 2, Haike Industrial Control, No. 33, Section 4, Huafu Avenue, Shuangliu District, Chengdu, China Orders

By making a purchase from and using the Website, the Customer agrees to the Terms of Use. The Customer shall make sure to have read and understood the Terms of Use when using our site. The Customer can at any time remove a product from the cart before placing an order.

Confirmation

Once www.zokoptics.com has received an order, an electronic confirmation will be sent to the Customer’s e-mail address, as confirmation of the purchase.

It is important that the Customer enters the correct e-mail address when placing an order.

We recommend saving this e-mail since the order confirmation (receipt) also serves as an of proof of the purchase. Payment, Prices & Fees

The prices are presented in either USD

The product price does not include shipping, and the shipping fee is unified at $80

www.zokoptics.com accepts most major credit- and debit cards (e.g. Visa, MasterCard and American Express). If the payment is not confirmed, the order will not get processed.

Taxes

All prices shown on the Website are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Please note that in case of an order shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, the Customer may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches the delivery address. The Customer will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.

It should be noted that www.zokoptics.com has no control over these charges and, since these charges differ between countries, www.zokoptics.comcannot predict their amount. www.zokoptics.com advises the Customer to contact the local customs office for further information.

Delivery

Www.zokoptics.com ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners. Standard delivery time is estimated to 1 week within the EU. Standard delivery time is estimated to 5-7 business days worldwide. If you cannot find your desired destination country in the shipping list, please contact the www.zokoptics.com customer support at sales@zokoptics.com

In case the Customer feels the delivery is delayed in such a way that they no longer wish to fulfill the purchase, it is the Customer’s responsibility to cancel the order. In case the order has been dispatched, the Customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the Customer has received confirmation from www.zokoptics.com either by e-mail or telephone.

If a product has been discontinued, www.zokoptics.com has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the Customer. www.zokoptics.com will notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent product is available.

Returns & Exchanges

www.zokoptics.com does not take responsibility for returns that may get lost in the mail.

All approved refunds will get processed within 14 days of arrival to the warehouse. The bank transfer might take several days to be visible on the Customer’s account. Please contact www.zokoptics.com if the refund does not appear within 20 days.

Warranty

 

The Warranty Covers the Following

  • If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment, please contact us as soon as possible (within 30 days) for an immediate repair or replacement.

 

  • All standard products are warrantied against defects in manufacture and design for one full year from the purchase date.This warranty excludes products that have been misused, modified, or disassembled by the customer. Misuse includes operating the devices in abnormal conditions, such as in extreme temperatures, in proximity of radiation or strong magnets, or in wet environments. If you are unsure whether the conditions in which you will use them are acceptable, please contact our Applications Engineering Team to find out.
  • If you are having trouble with a product even after consulting the user’s manual, you should contact us. In most cases our Applications Engineering Team can diagnose and solve the problem on the phone or by email. If the product needs repairs, we will assign an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number you can use to return the product to zokoptics for repairs.
  • For products covered by warranty, we will repair or replace the defective device free of charge. The customer is responsible only for the cost of the return shipping to zokoptics; Zokoptics will pay for the shipping back to the customer.
  • For products not covered by warranty, we will assess the cost of repair and offer a quote to the customer after we receive the returned merchandise. The customer is responsible for the costs of the repair and of shipping both ways.
  • This warranty and satisfaction guarantee applies only to our standard products listed on our web site. We will offer a warranty and satisfaction guarantee on non-standard, custom products on a case-by-case basis.

 

The Warranty only applies to the product the Customer purchased for their own use and not for resale.

The Warranty Does Not Apply to
(a) products that were bought through other channels than the Website;
(b) issues that occur more than 1year after the date of original purchase from www.zokoptics.com via the Website;
(c) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic;
(d) dam Returns & Exchangesage caused by any external cause, including but not limited to accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire;
(e) damage caused by operating or use of the Product other than in accordance with published guidelines from Www.zokoptics.com for the product, including the product’s user
manuals, technical specifications, etc.; or
(f) a product that has been modified.

If the Customer submits a valid claim under the Warranty, Www.zokoptics.com will, at its option:
(a) repair the product; or
(b) replace the product.
