Shipping & Return

Purchases made on the store ship as soon as your product is available. You’ll receive emails about the status of your order, but you can also check the status of your order by signing into your Account. Orders are sent through various carriers: DHL, FEDEX or UPS.

 

When your order will ship

Delivery: 1 week for inventory, otherwise 5 weeks

In most cases, your order will ship within 1-2 business days. We’ll send you an email when it ships along with a confirmation email that has your delivery service information and tracking number.

If part of your order isn’t available for immediate shipment, your order will not ship until all items are available. You will see “Processing” if you check the status of your order online. When your order ships, the status will change to “Completed”, and you’ll receive a shipment notice with a tracking number.

Normally, we offer air transport offered by fedex.

 

How to check the status of your order

If you placed an order while signed into your Account, you can see your order status in the My orders tab at www.zokoptics.com.

We’ll also send you email updates on the order status right after the order is placed and once it’s been shipped.

If you made a purchase without an Account, you’ll need your order number and the email address you used when placing your order.
